1. Visit https://customer.connectcasecenter.com/ and log in or register to the Connect Case Centre.

2. On the side menu, select My Favorite Contractor beneath Partner.

3. Click on Search Contractor and select Search.

4. Type CIDN LAB into the Name of Contractor field, be sure all other fields are blank, and click Start search.

5. Click the orange plus button next to the CIDN LAB and confirm that you want to add CIDN LAB to your list.

6. Upload digital files.
